“Pizza is one of the ultimate forms of alchemy. You take the most basic ingredients and turn them into the tastiest food known to man. We make at least 4-8 pizzas from scratch every week. When we test out a new pizza place, we always order a margarita. If you can’t get that right, you shouldn’t be selling pizza.”
